Another appeal won against Waltham Forest

We were delighted to win yet another appeal against a refusal by the London Borough of Waltham Forest for the conversion of the upper floors of a shop into flats.  The Council were found to have not given sufficient weight to the fall-back position of permitted development in refusing the scheme.  The application and appeal were retrospective and so our work ensured that our client avoided expensive and time consuming enforcement action by the Council.
