About the Project

Appointed to secure consent for the redevelopment of a regeneration site in Sittingbourne, we worked closely with the client and Kristofer Adelaide Architecture to develop a scheme.

We secured positive pre-application advice from the Council before developing the scheme for a 7 storey building.

In order to deliver flexibility for the client, we applied for outline permission with details of scale and access. Following a lengthy determination period due to staffing issues, we secured permission for 28 units on the site.
