About the Project:

Following previous refusals and dismissal at appeal, we worked closely with our client and architects to secure permission for a residential scheme on a previously developed site.

A heavy constrained site in terms of neighbouring uses, access and culvert at the rear required a robust response. Working with Inside Out architects, resulted in a high-quality scheme to deliver 6 large high-quality units.

Some local resident objections meant that the application was called into committee. A robust defence of the scheme resulted in a unanimous approval – the only residential scheme to secure approval on the night.
