About the Project
Appointed following some difficult pre-application comments, Planning Insight worked with the project architects, Northlight and engaged the remaining team to deliver a major industrial scheme in this existing employment site in Loughton.
Providing a robust case for the intensification of the site, officers recommended approval despite objections from the Town Council and neighbouring occupiers.
Planning Insight represented the applicant at Planning Committee and successfully secured a strong resolution to grant permission despite neighbour representations on the night.
