About the Project
Appointed following the client engaging in pre-app with the Council, we provided detailed advice on the development proposal to mitigate the risk of refusal for a new community building and single residential dwelling.
Together with appointing a team of consultants to provide supporting information, we prepared a detailed case of need for the new development.
We submitted and managed the application to a positive decision including representing the client at committee.
