About the Project
We worked with Tigg and Coll Architects to deliver planning consent for 9 new flats located in Loxford Park. The site is particularly sensitive being a Site of Nature Conservation, any intervention had to be sensitive to the existing site and the wider context.
We worked proactively with the project team led by Tigg and Coll, firstly through the pre-application stage and then to a formal planning to the LB Redbridge. Careful engagement with the local authority first on principles and then design, as well as trees and highways, led to a successful planning application in time for our client.
A comprehensive approach supported by holistic design that successfully resolved the site and delivered significant benefits in terms of delivery of new housing and Biodiversity improvements all played an integral role in delivering this consent.
