Following acquisition by our client, we engaged in pre-application discussions with the Council to agree the principle of redevelopment for residential use and the quantum of development prior to a full application.
Despite some pushback, we agreed that the site could accommodate three terraced dwellings with large rear gardens and parking.
We negotiated some changes to the design once the recommendation was given prior to the decision being issued which will assist with the build out of the scheme.
