Brought in for our permitted development expertise, we advised to split the site into three separate applications in order to reduce planning risk.

Detailed applications demonstrated that the uses fell within Class E and were vacant, we secured consent for a total of three dwellings across the three buildings. The latter of which comprises a former café with active frontage in a conservation area.

We co-ordinated the application and design and negotiated with officers during determination including agreeing conditions.
