Working closely with Resident Architects, we advised on planning strategy for delivering a consent for new dwellings on this green belt site in a rural location.
The team engaged in pre-application advice to secure agreement that the site was previously developed land and therefore benefits from the exemptions of the NPPF.
Following submission of a robust and detailed planning application, we secured consent for three large new detached dwellings for our client.
