Planning Insight was instructed to deliver comprehensive planning permission for the redevelopment of a high quality, three storey building, that will secure the future of the Grosvenor Social Club.

Having carried out extensive public consultation with local residents, the Conservation Advisory Panel, and the Residents Association – and after lengthy negotiation with the planning and conservation officers at pre-application stage – the application was submitted to the local authority.

Following extensive engagement and negotiations with the council, permission was granted.

• Comprehensive Planning, Design and Access statement produced.
• Negotiating with officers during the determination of the application.
• Negotiated a reduction in the number of conditions.
• Supported officers to facilitate determination under delegated powers and avoid planning committee.
