Initially providing advice prior to acquisition, Planning Insight secured multiple permissions on the site to maximise the return for our client.
A vacant bank, we secured conversion of the majority of the building through Classes M and O of the GPDO. We also secured the change of use of the remaining part of the ground floor under a planning permission together with external alterations to enhance the appearance of the building.
Thanks to a detailed planning strategy we were able to secure a total of 12 flats, far above the 7 secured by the previous owner.
