This week, we received planning permission for the erection of two townhouses at this site at Southall Court.
The description of development was as follows:
‘Construction of a three-storey detached building comprising two dwellings including associated amenity space, car parking and refuse stoppage provision (following demolition of garages)’
We produced a comprehensive Planning, Design and Access Statement to support the submission, and maintained contact with the Council throughout the application process to ensure that any queries were answered.
