Planning Insight was instructed to deliver comprehensive planning permission for the redevelopment of a high quality, three storey building, that will secure the future of the Grosvenor Social Club.
Having carried out extensive public consultation with local residents, the Conservation Advisory Panel, and the Residents Association – and after lengthy negotiation with the planning and conservation officers at pre-application stage – the application was submitted to the local authority.
Permission was granted following negotiations with the Council on design amendments. We are now advising the client on implementation, and dealing with the discharge of conditions.
