We were approached by the owner of the site, following two planning refusals and a dismissed appeal.
We worked alongside the architects at the early design stages to advise on the best planning approach moving forward. We provided a detailed and robust planning justification together with the architects high quality design to justify the backland development in the conservation area.
We secured planning permission for the new dwelling, and worked with officers to deal without referral to planning committee. Following the approval, we secured amendments to increase the size of the dwelling to a 3-bed house.
