The Cherry Tree, Olney

We are delighted to have been part of the team for this fantastic heritage project in the Town of Olney. On behalf of Oakman Inns and Restaurants, we provided town planning advice and a Planning Statement for the partial demolition, extension and change of use of this Grade II listed former care home to restaurant and pub.
The application was submitted on 9 December and we look forward to working with Oakman Inns, Nicolas Tye Architects and the rest of the project team in securing planning permission and listed building consent.
