Following some negative pre-application advice and based on our experience of the Borough, we were appointed to guide this scheme to approval.

We provided a detailed justification for the loss of employment together with advice on the design of the scheme. The site is heavily constrained in terms of its depth and relationship with neighbours. The scheme provides four large, terraced houses with modest rear gardens and off-street parking for each house.

Following submission, we worked with planning officers to providing robust responses to objections and negotiated planning conditions.
