Brought in for our airspace expertise and prior to engagement with residents, we engaged in pre-application discussions with the Council. An approach to the application and scale of development was agreed.

We co-ordinated the submission of an application for prior approval under Part 20 of the Permitted Development Order for an additional six new flats on the two blocks.

Despite significant local objection and Councillor interest, we secured a positive recommendation from officers and presented rebuttals at the planning committee to secure approval.
