We submitted a planning application at this site, supported by a comprehensive Planning, Design and Access Statement highlighting the merits of the scheme. Following the refusal of planning permission, we subsequently appealed the decision, preparing an extensive Appeal Statement to justify.
The Inspector agreed with our position that the proposed new dwelling would not harm the surrounding character of the area, and will safeguard the amenity of future occupiers.
