We were appointed to provide advice and secure permission for a new dwelling at the rear of this site in the London Borough of Ealing in 2014. While some additional dwellings had been erected nearby, there was a general planning policy presumption against backland sites. We successfully justified that an additional house was acceptable in planning terms and that the proposed design was acceptable.
Planning permission was secured in 2015.
