We were approached by the client who wished to obtain planning permission for the erection of a new dwelling to the side of their property. We obtained pre-application advice from the planning officer and agreed that by extending the existing dwelling at ground floor level, we could propose a larger adjacent dwelling. Permission was obtained in 2015 within statutory timescales.
