Planning permission was obtained from the London Borough of Ealing in November 2016 for the extension of an existing dwelling to provide a new three bedroom dwelling with off-street parking and a large garden at the rear. We successfully negotiated amendments with the case officer to reconfigure the layout and secured permission within the target date.
Planning Insight have been instrumental in securing planning permission for our development in Newbury Park. From instruction, Peter and the team handled the co-ordination of consultants and the architects to ensure the scheme submitted and all supporting information was robust.
