Permission secured for a change of use from a commercial building into a mixed use development comprising of office space at ground and basement levels and a total of seven self-contained flats at first, second and third floor.

Our client has faced numerous problems with securing consent on the site but following our appointment we successfully negotiated amendments with the planning officer, ensured a recommendation for approval to the planning committee and a unanimous decision from the committee members.
