‘City for All Londoners’ Document Published

sadiq-khan The Mayor today launched his 'City for All Londoners' document, an expansion on his manifesto. He stated: "I want to intensify housing development on TfL land, which could accommodate thousands of new homes on the first batch of 75 sites across the city. I am focusing on ways of attracting finance into new high-quality ‘build-to-rent’ development. I will review how planning policies can recognise the distinct economics of build-to-rent, as well as seeking to support it through City Hall investment and helping to develop innovative construction methods." The mayor is calling for Londoner's opinion on the document and the wider consolation process. View the document and put your views forward here.
