Appeal Won Against the London Borough of Waltham Forest

Published: 17.02.17

Today we received the news that an appeal submitted against the London Borough of Waltham Forest has been allowed. The appeal case was as follows: ‘subdivision of existing 1×4 bedroom end of terrace house to form an additional 1×3 bedroom house; infill of first floor rear balcony; increase roof ridge height by 1m; erection of two dormer roof extensions to the rear; single storey extension’.

The Inspector agreed with our case that the proposal would not harm the character or appearance of the host property or area, or cause harm to the living conditions of future occupiers of the property.

We are delighted with the outcome and wish our client every success in implementing the permission.
