2-4 Oaks Lane – Application Approved

Planning Insight worked alongside the architect to ensure that a policy compliant residential development was submitted to the London Borough of Redbridge. The scheme involved the erection of six flats and three houses on the site. We worked closely with the officers throughout the determination of the scheme so that any issues raised were overcome at an early stage. This resulted in the positive determination of the application.
