This development comprised the erection of a two storey dwelling with basement in a Conservation Area. We negotiated with the planning officer and ensured that a positive recommendation was taken to the planning committee. We negotiated a section 106 agreement and permission was granted in 2015. We also assisted the client in discharging the planning conditions and dealt with minor changes to allow construction to commence.
