Pre-Application Service

We are now providing a free consultation service, where up to 30 minutes of free advice is provided for schemes of varying sizes. This service allows you to talk face to face with us enabling you to identify planning potential or possible conflicts of your development site.

We can provide general advice on recent refusals, the potential need to resubmit or appeal, and can review and provide general advice on how to maximise the development potential of your site.
